Despite this, asthma remains a serious condition, with an average of four deaths every day - many of which are preventable.With the right knowledge and training, the risk of severe attacks can be significantly reduced, making asthma awareness and management essential for both individuals and those caring for others.

About Asthma
In this section, we look at more information on Asthma and how it affects the body. We look at the respiratory system and how asthma causes problems with breathing and what signs and Symptoms you should look for to identify when someone is having an Asthma attack. We then look at severe Asthma and managing and living with Asthma.
Asthma Medications
In this section, we look at the different types of an inhaler and how they are used in an Asthma emergency. We also look at the advice to follow if someone does not have their inhaler with them.
Asthma First Aid
In this section, we look at what you should do in an asthma emergency and the treatment you can give. We also look at the recovery position which is used for a breathing patient.
Course Summary
In the summary section, we look at how you take your test and review the course.
